Google Play Games Services
To enhance your experience, our app integrates Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in via Google's OAuth, we access your Play Games profile to provide features such as:
- Cloud Saves: Your game progress is securely encrypted and saved to your Google account's hidden app data.
- Achievements & Leaderboards: Your in-game accomplishments and high scores are tracked and displayed via your Google Play Games profile.
We do not store your Google account credentials on any personal servers. Authentication is handled entirely by the Android operating system and Google's secure infrastructure.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how players interact with the game and to identify technical issues. The data collected includes:
- App Activity: Base events (e.g., app launches, session duration) and specific in-game choices (e.g., levels completed, in-game items found).
- Crash Logs: Device state information, operating system version, and stack traces at the exact moment the app crashes.
- Device IDs: Anonymized Firebase Installation IDs to distinguish unique users.
Advertising and Device IDs
Our app may feature third-party advertisements. To provide relevant ads and measure their performance, our ad partners collect and process the Android Advertising ID (AAID) alongside basic device data. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device's Google settings.
Data Processing and Retention
All collected data is encrypted in transit and processed by Google's secure servers; Davilkus Games does not own or operate independent database servers to store this data.
Retention Periods:
- Crashlytics Data: Retained for a maximum of 90 days.
- Analytics Data: Retained for up to 14 months.
- Cloud Saves & Achievements: Retained indefinitely on your Google Play profile until you manually delete it.
How to Delete Your Data
You maintain full control over your data. To permanently delete your game progress, achievements, and account association with our game:
- Open the Play Games app on your Android device.
- Tap the three dots (More) in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under "Delete individual game data," find Exit the Backrooms: Level 94 and click Delete.
To reset your advertising data, navigate to your device's Settings > Google > Ads and tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information via third-party services, we ensure it is deleted in accordance with the policies of those third-party providers.
